    As stated, covid 19 has reshaped the nature of workplace in the global context. HR should provide required tools, resources to have smooth remote work operational environment where no disruption is encountered. There are pros and cons avail in this conecpt. Remote works surfaces the distance between employer and employee at certain times, HR should take precautionary actions to avoid such gaps.
